Giprovostokneft selects Plant-4D to design the construction of the South Khylchuyu oil field

The South Khylchuyu oil field is located in the Nenets Autonomous district in the Arkhangelsk region, 120 km north-east of Naryan-Mar - the administrative center of the Nenets district and 80 km north-west of p.Haryaginsky. 

Plant-4D was used in designing the construction of wells of a central gathering station. More specifically, the facilities that transport oil and purify water. There are two production lines, each with an output of 3.8 million tons of oil per year.

The design project was carried out using Plant-4D. Approximately 90,000 drawings were made. The following functions of Plant-4D were used in the design:

• Installation of oil facilities

• Engineering DSP networks

• Water treatment units

• Pumping stations equipped with tanks of water reserve for fire fighting

• Flare systems with high / low pressure acid gas

• Tank farms

• Purification systems and diagnostics

• 2D and 3-tier flyovers
