Fluid flow
Fluid or gas networks can range from a single pipe to any complex arrangement of components and pipes. Fluid Flow is a software program for designing and optimizing these kind of pipe networks. In the program is a database of incompressible and compressible fluids and also the possibility to add new fluids. The predefined component types in Fluid Flow are pipes, manual valves, pumps, non-return valves, reducers, sprinkles, orifice plates, flow controllers, pressure controllers, closed circuit components, junction components and network entry and exit points such as tanks, boreholes or pipe takeoffs. Beside the predefined components it is also possible to change and add new components such as filters, pumps, heat exchangers or flowmeters.
