CEA Systems attended the annual conference of Giprotyumenneftegaz Institute in Tyumen, Russia from the 5th to the 7th of April.  The theme of this year's conference is 'Information Technology in the Design'.  CEA Systems presented their topic: 'PLANT-4D at all stages of project life cycles'. Mr. Maurice de Clercq introduced the scenario of users from different departments in an enterprise using Plant-4D simultaneously, which is a unique and advanced feature of Plant-4D. During the seminar, Mr. Erik Ziljmans held a 'Question & Answer' session to discuss Plant-4D user specific needs.

About the Conference

Giprotyumenneftegaz Institute hosts a scientific conference in early April every year, gathering world leading designers, software developers and system integrators, all of which have profound influence on IT solutions for the global oil and gas industry. The two-day conference is intensive and stressful. Participants portray their prospects of the industry and discuss the problems of designing tools they encounter in order to polish the IT solutions for the oil and gas industry. As a tradition, discussions are held in seminars and roundtables.
